Description
The Facility Registry Service Knowledge Graph (FRS-KG) instantiates facility data for the 48 contiguous states from the U.S. EPA Facility Registry Service (FRS) along with their NAICS codes in a turtle format RDF based knowledge graph. It uses the Facilities and Industries Ontology (FIO) as the main schema, extended by concepts from GeoSPARQL, DublinCore, and Prov Ontologies. Inferences are also instantiated using the owl2 RL ruleset. The dataset covers over 4.8 million facilities in the coterminus United States as of November 2025.
