Description

This dataset contains the numeric source data underlying Figures 1–7 of Haas et al., 2026 (Cell Reports). Data include values from minigenome assays, luciferase reporter measurements, viral replication kinetics, antiviral compound testing, and animal infection studies (body weight change and survival). All replicates, controls, and units are included as reported in the manuscript. Plasmid sequences and long-read RNA sequencing have been deposited in GenBank and SRA (accessions listed in the article).
