This dataset contains raw experimental data supporting the study "Suilysin of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 drives astrocyte pyroptosis via ROS/NLRP3/caspase-1/GSDMD pathway"—including SLY-induced pyroptosis metrics (LDH, IL-1β) in U251 cells (dose/time-dependent), ROS production data, in vivo astrocyte pyroptosis results (P1/7 vs P1/7-Δsly), and raw data for the article’s graphs/statistics (means, SDs). These data enable replication of the study’s key findings.
