This repository contains Genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for nevus count integrating 11 GWASs used in a previously published nevus meta-analysis (Duffy et al. 2020) and 3 new GWASs (QSkin phase I using sample size weighted method in METAL, QSkin phase II and AGDSSex-stratified GWAS meta-analysis integrating QSkin phase I, QSkin phase II and AGDS using inverse variance weighted method in METALPRS weights generated from nevus GWAS meta-analysis excluding QSkin phase II using SBayesRC method
