Description

This dataset contains experimental data describing the mechanical behavior of a polymer material under non-homogeneous deformation. The study focuses on the identification of hyperelastic material parameters for the material in its as-received state.The dataset consists of five individual files:TPS_2.hdf5 – This file contains the results of the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) analysis of a T-shaped specimen subjected to deformation. The detailed structure of the HDF5 file is described at the following link: https://thermocorr.ippt.pan.pl/output-file-structure.htmlforce_vfm.csv – This file contains the force values measured during the test, synchronized with the DIC results. These data are used in the Virtual Fields Method (VFM) identification procedure.e1.npz, e2.npz, and e3.npz – These files contain stress–strain data obtained from individual uniaxial tensile tests of the investigated polymer.The dataset enables reproduction of the material parameter identification procedure and comparison between heterogeneous-field identification (VFM) and classical uniaxial testing results.
