Two-echelon routing problem benchmark instances

Datasets contain several types of instances that have been used in a two-echelon routing problem for last-mile delivery with outsourcing. Each instance contains the coordinates of the customers, transfer points (satellites), and depot, together with the customer demand. For more details, the descriptions of how the data sets are generated are available at Huang & Ardiansyah (2019).
