Description

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke or aerosols of two different heat-not-burn platforms, THS 2.2 and CHTP 1.2, for up to six months (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design).Proteolytic (metalloproteinase) activity of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was assessed with the EnzChek Gelatinase/Collagenase Assay Kit (Life Technologies [Invitrogen], Singapore). This dataset includes single measurements for each animal.
