Data for : Gender Bias in Job Referrals: An Experimental Test

This dataset is associated to the manuscript "Gender Bias in Job Referrals: An Experimental Test", currently submitted for publication in the Journal of Economic Psychology. It reports experimental data from six experimental sessions implemented in the experimental lab of the Burgundy School of Business by researches from the CRESE, University of Besançon. The first sheet (available in the preview) corresponds to the Codebook, where variables are defined. The second sheet corresponds to the full dataset.
