Plasma Global Metabolomics for dengue and malaria Part 1

This dataset contains Global Metabolomics data generated using high resolution LC-MS/MS. This overall study contains patient plasma samples from vector borne febrile infectious diseases like  falciparum malaria, vivax malaria and dengue fever having both non-severe and severe cohorts of each disease, compared with healthy control individuals. The study enunciates the comparative metabolic landscape of two dimensions (lipids and overal metabolites) of all the diseases and cohorts.This dataset is 1 of the 5 parts of the Global metabolomics files, which include raw files of all the Pools, along with the ddms2 files for the samples of the study.
