Description

Poriscope (https://github.com/TCossaLab/poriscope) is a modular, open-source data analysis platform designed to facilitate processing of timeseries data, in particular that generated in the course of experiments using nanopores. This dataset provides a multi-channel dataset that encodes the current traces of double-stranded DNA translocating a solid-state nanopore under applied voltage bias in a conductive solution, resulting in periodic disruptions to the baseline current. Poriscope isolates and analyzes these signals. This dataset consists of 4 channels, of which channels 1, 3, and 4 contain approximately 5 minutes of identical DNA translocation data, while channel 2 remains empty. This dataset can be used when installing Poriscope to verify that all components of the software are functioning correctly. This dataset is also the same one that is used in the Poriscope training videos, available here: https://www.youtube.com/@TCossaLAB/featured, and documentation, available here: https://tcossalab.github.io/poriscope/
