Phylogenetic tree (FastTree) based on a protein alignment of partial tetrathionate reductases (encoded by ttrA) encoded in MAGs from hypersaline soda lakes and transcribed in a metatranscriptome from the sediment of Cock Soda lake. References were obtained from the EggNog database.
