Modelled rooftop area & Rooftop Solar Photovolataic technical and economic potential

Two dateset are presented. The first dataset is in raster format and shows the EU-building density map in 100  m ×100 m resolution raster, (building area in m2 per 10 000 m2 or hectare) for all Europe . The second datasets is a vector format and provides the modelled rooftop area and the technical and economic solar PV potential for Europe at NUTS2 level.
