Lowfield MRI Diffusion Dataset

This dataset contains MRI diffusion data from a CaliberMRI phantom acquired with the OSI2ONE MRI scanner at PTB Berlin. It contains four subfolders with the measurement data and one folder with the TV-regularized image reconstruction for magnitude and phase data. The measurement folders each contain a single diffusion acquisition with a different b-value. The data is saved as data.mrd file and the pypulseq sequence as sequence.seq. Moreover acquisition metadata can be found in meta.json.
