Synthetic data (2PCF multipoles and polar) for GCspectro post-reconstruction

Description

Description: Includes multipoles of the 2PCF and 2PCF polar post-reconstruction from smin=0 Mpc/h to smax=200 Mpc/h with a linear binning of 1 Mpc/h, to be used with the blinding notebook. Uses 4 redshift bins, from z=0.9 to z=1.8, with width of Delta_z=(0.2, 0.2, 0.2, 0.3).
