Canadian Gallup Poll, April 1991, #104_2

This Gallup poll seeks the opinions of Canadians, on predominantly political and social issues. The questions ask opinions on hunger, peace between Israel and Palestine, alcohol consumption, the importance of the CBC, and Ontario politics. There are also questions on other topics of interest such as the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, wage increases for Public Servants, environmentally friendly products, and questions related to political party preference. The respondents were also asked questions so that they could be grouped according to geographic, political and social variables. Topics of interest include: environment; hunger; peace in the middle east; Ontario politics; Sunday shopping; the CBC; Charter of Rights and Freedoms; and political party preference. Basic demographic variables are also included.
