Description

A controlled interaction experiment was conducted to examine the phenotypes and DNA methylation of 9 genetically distantly related dominant genotypes of Phragmites australis at parental and offspring generations in response to salt stress. Another 13 genetically distantly related dominant genotypes of P. australis to further evaluated the inheritable stability of DNA methylation information over three generations of plants under control and salt stress conditions.
