Raw flow cytometry data (.fcs files) generated for the study "Multi-Omics Analysis Uncovers a Metabolic Reprogramming Toward Oxidative Phosphorylation During Sperm Capacitation".The dataset contains 96 .fcs files corresponding to two staining panels:- Membrane lipid disorder (M540 2.5 µM + YoPro1 25 nM): 48 files- Intracellular calcium levels (Fluo-4 1.17 µM + Propidium Iodide 5.6 µM): 48 filesExperimental design: 6 biological replicates × 2 treatment conditions (TBM: non-capacitating; TCM: capacitating) × 4 time points (0, 1, 2, 3 h).Measurements were performed on a CytoFLEX S flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter). Species: Sus scrofa (pig).
