Software dataset - Scripts for multicarrier fit of mobilities and concentrations to conductivity and Hall conductivity data

Description

Gnuplot scriptsare used to determine mobilities and concentrations of charge carriers. Mobilities and concentrations of charge carriers are fitted to conductivity and Hall conductivity data according to equationsσxy(B)=eΣciμi^2Β/(1+(μiΒ)2) and σxx(B)=eΣciμi/(1+(μi*Β)2)(μi>0 - mobility of charge carrier,concentrations: electrons ci<0, holes ci>0), all calculations are carried out in SI system of units, two-dimensional charge carrier concentrations are used(mobility m^2/V/s, charge density 1/m^2). Scripts output data using more common measurement units - mobility cm^2/V/s and charge density 1/cm^2. Scripts for several models with 2-4 types of charge carriers are located in separate directories p4, pn, pnn, pnp, pp, ppn, ppp. They can be automatically fitted by recursive invoking of Rxxy.gp in that directories.
