Original high resolution Hematoxylin and eosin stained tissue sections from affected Rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthritis patients. The sections are overlaid with clusters from heierarchical clustering based on transcriptome profiles collected in spots. Black lines indicate areas with immune cell infiltration annotated manually by an experienced histologist.
