Description
This data is generated from retrospective review of medical records of patients who presented with symptomatic upper urinary tract obstruction at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Enugu and Hansa Clinics and Diagnostic Centre Enugu, southeast Nigeria. Medical records from January 2011 to November 2017 were included in this dataset.
