Description

This dataset contains the anonymized clinical data of pediatric patients with Kawasaki disease (KD) admitted to The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from [January 2023 to June 2025]. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination results, echocardiographic findings, treatment regimens, and follow-up outcomes of the patients, which fully support the findings of the corresponding manuscript submitted to Frontiers in Pediatrics. All patient data were completely de-identified to protect privacy, and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University. The data can be used for secondary analysis of Kawasaki disease-related clinical research, with appropriate citation of this dataset.
