The Mummification of General Relativity — A Deep Philosophical Scrutiny of Modern Physics

Guzzon, Andre

Description

Abstract: The Philosophical Critique of General RelativityThis paper presents a systematic philosophical critique of General Relativity (GR) as a fundamentally unscientific enterprise that has been institutionally preserved despite categorical falsification. We demonstrate that the crisis of modern physics originates in a specific historical error: the geometric detour of 1915, which abandoned the causal completeness already present in Einstein's 1905 work — E=mc2 and the photoelectric effect — in favor of the mathematical seduction of Riemannian geometry. The Jesus-Einstein ParallelWe introduce the Jesus-Einstein parallel not as provocation but as precise philosophical diagnosis: both were exceptional human beings mythologized post mortem by their followers, and both are innocent of the religions made in their names. In both cases, the mythologization was precisely what prevented continuation of the work. The physics community claims to honor Einstein while actually betraying him — treating a human being with one error as an infallible divine figure. We honor him by treating him as human, correcting his one error, and finishing his work. The Institutional "Accounting Absurdity"We expose the accounting absurdity of institutional physics: the acceptance of 95% of physical reality as unobserved constructs — Dark Energy (68%), Dark Matter (27%), and seven extra spatial dimensions — while rejecting the 0.01% of reality that every conscious being directly experiences every second of every day: agency. The same institution that cannot accept the decision you made this morning to read this paper accepts without difficulty that the overwhelming majority of the universe is made of things nobody has ever seen, felt, or measured. The Seven Dimensions of FailureWe demonstrate that GR fails as science across seven independent dimensions:Methodological inversion.Fundamental incomprehensibility.Internal logical contradictions.Systematic failure under increased observational precision.Empirical refutation across multiple domains.Institutional protection through ad hoc inventions.Theoretical incompleteness relative to its own 1905 origins. Each critique independently questions GR's scientific status; together they constitute overwhelming evidence that General Relativity represents institutionalized dogma rather than empirical science.ConclusionThe path forward is not revolution but completion: standing on the shoulders of Newton and Einstein, we return to 1905, remove the 1915 detour, and finish the Theory of Everything that was already 99.99% complete.
