Linking FinTech Platform Service Quality and User Loyalty: The Mediating Roles of Perceived Switching Costs and User Trust via a SEM-ANN Approach
Description
This is the experimental data of the manuscript entitled "Linking FinTech Platform Service Quality and User Loyalty: The Mediating Roles of Perceived Switching Costs and User Trust via a SEM-ANN Approach".The dataset was collected through structured online questionnaires targeting Chinese commercial bank customers with active FinTech platform usage experience (including mobile banking, internet banking and digital wallets). Purposive sampling was adopted to ensure respondents had sufficient service evaluation experience, and invalid responses (straight-line answers and failed attention checks) were excluded, resulting in 290 valid samples. The dataset contains measurement items for four core constructs: FinTech platform service quality, perceived switching costs, user trust and user loyalty, all measured using 7-point Likert scales. It also includes demographic and usage-related control variables: gender, age, education level, profession, and FinTech platform usage duration. All items are adapted from validated academic scales with verified reliability and validity.
