Description
Female C57BL/6 mice (n = 10 per group, 6–8 weeks old) were immunized intramuscularly on day 0 with either 1 or 10 μg of each construct. On day 35, mice were boosted with the equivalent dose of the respective repRNA/LION construct via intramuscular injection. Blood was collected on days 0, 14, 35, and 49. At study termination on day 49, splenocytes were harvested for analysis.Neut titers for 1ug dose
