Superoxide dismutase shapes manganese stoichiometry in Southern Ocean diatoms

These files have metadata for samples from the Amundsen Sea (including data from water chemistry, protein amounts, etc.) and semi-processed data for the metaproteomic results. "amundsen-prot-main.zip" contains a file with all associated scripts for running the analyses and making the figures, and a README.md file that includes a description of the required file structure.
