Description
The data were collected as part of an exploratory qualitative study designed to examine how leader error sharing is experienced and interpreted by employees in workplace contexts. Participants responded to a series of open-ended questions capturing their perceptions of leader error disclosure, relational dynamics, and reactions to such behaviors. The dataset consists of textual responses that were thematically analyzed to identify patterns related to psychological safety, relational openness, and follower behavioral responses. This qualitative approach enabled an in-depth understanding of the interpersonal processes underlying leader error sharing.
