Description

This dataset contains all raw microscopy and spectroscopic data for nine carbon- and aluminium-based materials synthesized by hydrodynamic cavitation between 2019 and 2020. The materials were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM, TESCAN VEGA3), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) for hydrofullerenes C60(OH)n, and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) for selected samples. The effective fractal dimension D_box of all nine materials converges toward a narrow range around D = 1.8868, independent of chemical composition and imaging scale (SEM micro vs. TEM nano). A Python script (boxcount_all_materials.py) is included to fully reproduce the fractal analysis.Related publication: Hamaliy, V. (2026).
