Description

For the life-threatening Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon (KMP), sirolimus-based regimen was superior to conventional treatment, providing faster response and fewer severe adverse events. Crucially, a lower sirolimus trough level (<10 ng/mL) was equally effective as a higher one, suggesting an optimal dosing strategy. The dataset shows the clinical characteristics of the Kasabach–Merritt phenomenon patients enrolled in this study and comparison of clinical characteristics and disease response between high-level and low-level sirolimus group.
