Description

This dataset contains responses from 64 participants (32 School Coexistence Coordinators [SCCs; in Spanish, "Encargados de Convivencia Escolar"] and 32 professionals from non-educational fields) to three validated self-report instruments: the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ; Gross & John, 2003; Spanish adaptation: Cabello et al., 2013), the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II Form B (ROCI-II; Rahim, 1983; Spanish adaptation: Munduate et al., 1993), and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10; Cohen, Kamarck & Mermelstein, 1983; Spanish adaptation: Remor, 2006). Data were collected online between July and August 2025 in the La Araucanía Region, Chile. Two participants from the Control group were identified as multivariate outliers using the ROUT method (Motulsky & Brown, 2006) with Q = 1% in GraphPad Prism 9 and excluded from the analyses reported in the related manuscript, yielding a final analytic sample of 62 participants. Outliers are retained in the shared dataset and clearly flagged for transparency. The repository includes: (1) the anonymized dataset in CSV and Excel formats; (2) a comprehensive codebook documenting all 61 variables, item texts, subscale mappings, scoring instructions, and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients; (3) a Python reproducibility script that replicates all inferential analyses; and (4) a README file with detailed instructions. All data are raw (not recoded); the PSS-10 items 4, 5, 7, and 8 require reverse-coding during analysis. Ethical approval: Ethics Committee of Universidad Católica de Temuco (CEIUCT0110601/25).
