Dataset 1: Cytotoxicity, metabolic activity, and SOD activity of sulfated galactans from Gracilaria corticata in human dermal fibroblasts (HDF)Description: This dataset includes raw data from three experiments assessing the effects of six sulfated galactan fractions (GC-1A, GC-1B, GC-2A, GC-3A) on HDF cells. MTT assay evaluated cell viability across concentrations (1.00–0.02 µg/µL) at 24 h. alamarBlue assay measured metabolic activity (cell proliferation) at 0.5 µg/µL over 24, 48, and 72 h. SOD activity was quantified at 0.5 µg/µL after 24 h. All data are normalized to non-treated controls (100%).
