Description

The Child and Adolescent NeuroDevelopment Initiative (CANDI) at UMass Medical School is making available a series of structural brain images, as well as their anatomic segmentations, demographic and behavioral data and a set of related morphometric resources (static and dynamic atlases).
The images, segmentations and registrations to MNI-space for the healthy control subjects of the publication Frazier JA, et al. Diagnostic and sex effects on limbic volumes in early-onset bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Schizophr Bull. 2008 Jan;34(1):37-46. doi:10.1093/schbul/sbm120.
The dataset include 29 subjects, aged 5-16 years.
