Description
dataframe containing the omission triggered average running speed for each experimental session in the dataset, separated by whether the mouse was running or stationary. Additional metadata includes the mean running speed in a 500ms window after omission onset, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area, depth and image set for that session. Running speed is recorded in cm/s, in a [-3, 3] second window around the omission time.
