Description

The study aimed to evaluation of accuracies of genomic predictions for carcass traits in Jeju Black cattle.For carcass traits, data comprised of genotypes and phenotypes of total 7988 Hanwoo (Hanwoo_phenotype.txt) which were considered as reference population. Similarly, the testing population consists of 1421, 19 and 656 genotyped animal from Jeju Black cattle, Jeju Black bull and Jeju Hanwoo breed from Jeju Island (Hanwoo_JJBC.map and Hanwoo_JJBC.ped).
