RNA fish of A549 clones

We performed RNA-FISH experiments to validate memory genes.A549 cells were plated on 24-well glass-bottom plates for 4 days before staining. The RCA RNA-FISH was conducted by the SEERNA FISH RNA Kit (SP1011-SP1014, Dynamic Biosystems) based on amplification-based single-molecule Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (asmFISH) technique, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cells were imaged under a Leica TCS SP8 confocal laser scanning microscope and images were analyzed using a manual script in FIJI.
