Synthesis of scale-dependent plant biodiversity change in climate warming experiments

Datasets on log response ratios of species richness (LRR S) and effective number of species SPie (LRR_SPie) at the local (plot), turnover (plot-toplot) and gamms (site) scale. For compositional indices Sørensen and Bray–Curtis indices are partitioned into turnover and nestedness components (beta.bray.bal = Bray–Curtis turnover, beta.bray.gra = Bray–Curtis nestedness, beta.sim = Sørensen turnover, beta.sne = Sørensen nestedness). Covariates included in the analysis (T warm = Temperature of the warmest quarter, delta.T = magnitude of temperature manipulation, treatment.duration.y = treatment duration in years) and study characteristics (latitude = latitude of the experiment, longitude = longitude of the experiment, study = name of the study, site = name of the site, SiteBlock = combination of site and block, replicate = replicate number, treatment.level = level of the manipulation, grouping.x = combination of variables, size.local = plot size at the local scale, size.gamma = plot size at the site scale , N.replicates = number of replicates per experimental treatment).
