Description

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke or aerosols of two different heat-not-burn platforms, THS 2.2 and CHTP 1.2, for up to six months (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design).The lung miRNome was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip™ miRNA 4.0 Array.This dataset contains the statistics resulting from the comparison of treatment and control groups.
