Description

This study was designed to describe the length of hospitalization (LOS) of stroke in Peru and assess which type of stroke is associated with the highest LOS and in-hospital mortality risk. Data from the Ministry of Health hospitalization records between 2002 and 2017 were used; in-hospital mortality was available for 2016-2017.
