Description

This is the set of significantly variable interactions across 24 different cell lines.
Three separate methods were utilized to assess significance. A complete description of these methods can be found in the Supplementary Methods. Here we have provided the set of significantly variable loops (FDR<10%) as determined by each method. Each file contains 12 columns:
Columns 1-3: Location of interacting region 1.
Columns 4-6: Location of interacting region 2.Column 7: Adjusted p-value.
The three methods used were:(i) linear mixed effects model(ii) standard linear model(iii) Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test.
All p-values were were corrected for multiple hypothesis testing using the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure. For the set of results produced using the Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test, we have provided ranked all interactions by their p-values and provided the top 35,698 interactions.
