Description

Project aiming at dating events in Primate gene trees, using the molecular clock methods. It is a benchmark of the accuracy of such methods when applied on single gene trees, by comparing the estimated dates against external speciation dates from the literature. This contains a snapshot of the code notebooks of the statistical analysis, and intermediate data tables.
