Gene summary for Hand2

Gene expression in the mandibular and maxillary arches Hand2 is expressed in the distal mesenchyme of the mandibular arch at E10.5. At E12.5, it is expressed in the osteogenic mesenchyme adjacent to the Meckel’s cartilage, and the tongue mesenchyme.
