BridgeDb ID mapping database for metabolites, using HMDB 4.0 (Release of 16 Jan. 2019), ChEBI 193 (Release of 01 Nov. 2020), and Wikidata (04 Nov. 2020) as data sources.
Quality control was performed with BridgeDb (2.3.3) against version 20200809 [https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.12782264.v1], including 2 small changes to the regex patterns for DrugBank and CompTox dashboard, see https://github.com/bridgedb/BridgeDb/pull/158 .
