Data related to the article entitled "Feeding ecology of juvenile green turtles in food-poor habitats of the Persian Gulf", which includes dates, localities (DW= Dokohak Bird’s Wetland, 26˚59’N, 56˚12’E; and DB = Dolphins’ Bay, 26˚43’N, 55˚50’E), and size (CCL = curved carapace length) of 102 green turtles collected during the study period (October 2013 to May 2015). It also includes diet data (absence or presence of food items) for 36 esophageal lavage samples collected from 58 juvenile turtles.
