Description

Ru2VSn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ru2VSn ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. V is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ru atoms. Both V–Ru bond lengths are 2.03 Å. Ru is bonded in a linear geometry to one V and one Sn atom. The Ru–Sn bond length is 2.61 Å. Sn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ru atoms.
