Water temperature, salinity, and others collected by CTD and Niskin bottles from the research vessel Araon in the Bering and Chukchi Seas from 2016-08-05 to 2017-08-25 (NCEI Accession 0222908)

This dataset contains reports for cruises ARA07B and ARA08B. During these cruises, water temperature, salinity, and others were taken by CTD and Niskin bottles from the research vessel Araon in the Bering and Chukchi Seas. The aim of these cruises were to investigate the structure and processes in the water column and subsurface (sediment) around the Bering/Chukchi/Beaufort/East Siberian Seas in rapid transition. These are US State Department MSR cruises U2017-014 and U2016-012. Cruise ARA07B report is archived separately in AIP 0222210 (U2015-014).
