Additional file 4. Immunocytochemistry (ICC) results and statistical comparisons. P-gp, BCRP, p53, TERT expression and the Ki67 proliferation index were evaluated in CIPp and CIPm by ICC at 12, 24, 48 h of treatment with the EC50(20h) dose of DOX and compared to the corresponding control cultures.
