Data from Capo et al. (2021) Microorganisms "Landscape setting drives the microbial eukaryotic community structure in four Swedish mountain lakes over the Holocene"

The data corresponds to sequencing results obtained from a metabarcoding approach applied to sedimentary DNA from lake Nylandssjön (Sweden). DNA extractions and PCR amplifications were performed as described in the related manuscript.
The two fastq files (P12215_101_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq and P12215_101_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq) correspond to the forward and reverse reads (respectively, not demultiplexed).A csv. file is provided given the name of each of the 96 molecular inventories and the forward and reverse tags sequences used for all of them.
