Updates to Chiara et al 2021.

This repository contains updates to the Chiara et al 2021 MBE paper entitled: "Comparative genomics reveals early emergence and biased spatio-temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 " .
These include:
1) Novel MacroHaplogroups (MHGs) and Haplogroups (HGs) based on newly released SARS-CoV-2 genomic sequences
2) Assignment of newly released genomes to MHGs and HGs as defined above.
At every novel update a brief report will be released which will highlight the most relevant novelties
