Simulated reads of GRCh38 chr17 with manually inserted pathogenic PRKAR1A exon 1 deletion

Simulated reads from chr17 of GRCh38.p13 with manually inserted 2300bp deletion of PRKAR1A exon 1. 198 other SVs were added to chr17 with random uniform distribution to emulate a typical human's structural variation compared to GRCh38. Reads were split into 28 chunks for processing on the Galaxy platform during training.
