Functional Characterization of Splicing Regulatory Elements: Large Post-processed files

These are post-processed files associated with the analysis in the paper "Functional Characterization of Splicing Regulatory Elements" and are necessary to re-produce analysis in the paper. They are too large (uncompressed) to accompany the github repository (https://github.com/scottiadamson/Splicing_regulatory_elements_paper). Files here include a fasta file that has the sequences assayed in Vex-seq ("all_seqs.fa.gz"), as well as the information associated with their design ("SRE_pool_sequences_dups_hg19.tsv.gz"). There are also files that contain motif scores for sensitive and robust RBP binding sites ("mCross_scores_iCount.tsv.gz"), and for variant sequences studied in Vex-seq ("mCross_scores.tsv.gz", "RBNS_peak_strength_sensitive_robust.tsv.gz"). All other files in the tarball ("regression_outputs_trad.tar.gz ") are predictions and coefficients of regressions done to predict splicing based on the expression of other RBPs.
