THz measurement is a worldwide issue due to its broad range of practicability in miscellaneous real-world problems. We present a new brand strategy working at the terahertz range with potential for manufacturing high sensitive sensors. This is a simple technique for measuring loss tangent in this frequency band, while previous models have not triumphed to precisely measure tangent loss like dielectric constant. Moreover, a reliable method for explaining the structure’s behavior is essential, which has been done by automatic programming algorithms. ABCEP and GEP are those algorithms that have been used. This is the dataset which has been used to train the algorithms to find a precise function to represent the structure's behavior in response to different materials. This is produced by CST simulations.
